Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: May 20, 2026
Thank you for choosing DD3DPRINT for your custom fabrication needs. Because our platform specializes in tailor-made 3D prints, custom inscriptions, and uniquely requested geometry lines, we enforce a strict refund and cancellation framework as outlined below.
CRITICAL NOTE ON CUSTOM JOBS: Once a customized manufacturing configuration (using your specific files, text parameters, colors, or materials) enters active physical printing pipelines, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
1. Order Cancellations
- Before Production: You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of checkout submission, provided our technical queue has not officially loaded your file onto a 3D printing matrix. If successful, a full refund will be processed back to your payment origin.
- During/After Production: Cancellations are not accepted once material deposition or structural fabrication routines have started.
2. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
We work meticulously to package objects safely, but transit anomalies can happen across logistical courier systems (like Shiprocket). If your order arrives broken or structurally structurally compromised:
- You must notify us via email within 48 hours of the delivery stamp.
- Your claim must include proof of damage, specifically an unboxing video segment or high-clarity photos displaying the packaging break alongside the fractured component parts.
- Verified transit breaks or internal slicing toolpath defects will be resolved immediately by triggering a priority free-of-cost reprint and dispatch of your exact configuration.
3. Issues Not Eligible for Reimbursement
Refunds or reprints will not be honored under the following circumstances:
- Design File Vulnerabilities: Dimensional errors, bad tolerances, thin walls, or structural balance instabilities present inside custom-uploaded designs (STL/OBJ) provided directly by the buyer.
- Standard Text Mistakes: Typographical errors, incorrect capitalization choices, or sequence misarrangements submitted by the user within text inputs.
- Standard Manufacturing Textures: Cosmetic layer indicators
