Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the DD3DPRINT web platform and purchasing any custom 3D printing manufacturing or gift fulfillment services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, uploading custom data/files, or checking out an order item, you agree to be bound by these legal terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our active services.

2. Custom 3D Submissions and Content Guidelines

Our infrastructure allows you to submit custom 3D design files (STL, OBJ, etc.) or personalized textual configurations. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own or possess the legal right and licensing parameters to manufacture the design asset submitted.
• Your file components do not infringe on the patents, copyrights, or registered intellectual property of any third-party brand or designer.
• We reserve the absolute right to cancel and refund any order requesting the processing of illegal components, functional weaponry pieces, or explicitly offensive content matrices.

3. Production Variables and Limitations

Because 3D printing is a specialized layer-by-layer material deposition method, you accept that:

• Minor layer lines, cosmetic surface textures, or color tone variances matching chosen material configurations (PLA/ABS/PETG) are standard traits of physical models and are not treated as structural product defects.
• It is your responsibility to verify structural sizing properties and input tolerances within custom-uploaded assets. We are not liable if an accurate replication of your uploaded file fails to fit your exact application.

4. Pricing, Payment Gateway Handshakes, and Adjustments

All items in your cart are processed in Indian Rupees (INR):

• We utilize specialized authorization networks (e.g., Razorpay) to settle balances securely. Manufacturing pipelines only kick off after authorization systems report a fully captured payment string.
• We reserve the right to recalibrate price points or cancel orders containing computational logic discrepancies or pricing bugs caused by custom structural file reading parameters.

5. Logistics and Fulfillment Dispatch Policies

We work closely with fulfillment solutions (such as Shiprocket) to route and deliver completed print batches:

• Estimated generation and delivery timelines are guidelines, not rigid contractual delivery dates. We are not liable for transit interruptions stemming from regional logistics blockades or shipping courier transit setbacks.
• Customers are responsible for providing explicit delivery routing information, phone links, and PIN codes. Address misallocations or failed package delivery holdbacks are handled matching carrier return schedules.

6. Cancellation, No-Return Policy on Custom Prints

Because every product item processed is manufactured precisely to order using your proprietary text strings or dimensional requirements, custom products are not eligible for standard returns or buyer-remorse cancellations once fabrication begins.

If an order arrives with structural shipping breaks, please capture an unboxing reference frame and notify our sales desk within 48 hours for immediate triage.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall DD3DPRINT, nor its operators or affiliates, be held responsible for consequential, indirect, or incidental damage properties resulting from your access to or reliance on manufactured items provided via this platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
