Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for placing your order with DD3DPRINT. Because our business is centered on custom on-demand engineering and personalized additive manufacturing, delivery metrics include both Production Lead Time and Transit Duration. Please review our shipping structural rules below.

1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Window

Unlike standard pre-packaged retail operations, every object must be prepared for fabrication:

• Slicing & Prep: Your custom inscription text, chosen materials (PLA/ABS/PETG), and colors are audited and queued inside our software within 24 hours of payment verification.
• Print Queue Execution: Physical machine build processes take between 2 to 4 business days depending on print volume constraints and design complexity layers. Orders are processed in the sequence they arrive.

2. Shipping Regions & Transit Timelines

Once items clear post-processing quality checks, they are handed off to premium automated courier logistics operations (via Shiprocket):

• Metros & Regional Hubs (e.g., Mumbai, Thane, Delhi, Bengaluru): 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
• Please note: We currently operate exclusively within domestic boundaries inside India and do not offer international export shipping coordinates.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery handling margins are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight indicators and target destination PIN codes. Any standard shipping promotional options or flat-rate options applied during final billing will be clearly itemized on your transactional receipt.

4. Tracking & Hand-off Communication

• As soon as our fulfillment network generates your courier route label, a dispatch notification payload will trigger straight to your registered email address.
• This tracking communication includes your active Air Waybill (AWB) identification number and a direct live link to monitor the package's transit steps in real time.

5. Delivery Delays & Extenuating Exceptions

While third-party carrier integrations are robust, DD3DPRINT is not legally liable for transit anomalies caused by:

• Severe regional meteorological restrictions or unexpected climatic obstacles.
• Incomplete address profiles, wrong phone entries, or restricted accessibility protocols at the customer's property line.
• Local transport blockades or national holidays during transit.

6. Undeliverable Shipments & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If a delivery attempt fails repeatedly because the receiver is unreachable or refuses the package, the carrier triggers a Return-to-Origin (RTO) action back to our operations base. Because custom-manufactured inscription pieces cannot be re-sold, a re-dispatch fee will be levied to cover handling costs before we can re-route the shipment back out to you.

7. Shipping Damage Accountability

If an item arrives broken due to rough courier handling, don't worry. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy to file an unboxing video reference claim within 48 hours for an immediate free reprint.

8. Address Modifications & Support Desk

If you notice a typographical error in your delivery details after checking out, email us immediately. We can easily adjust routing fields as long as your item state flag hasn't advanced to "Dispatched".
